Let's talk about kingdom wealth.

Image
Can We Discusses Wealth? The subject of wealth has been approached by many from a biased standpoint tilted towards financial abundance, as though that is all that there is to the subject. Today, Wealth (despite the many misconceptions surrounding it) tops the scale of man's pursuit and this has become an unapologetic obsession, as nobody is ashamed to admit his passionate desire to get rich. This in itself is not an evil end, but the means to the end have been shrouded in lots of lies and cover-ups as many are hesitant to share the secret (if at all, there is any) behind their financial abundance.   This unguarded and unguided money chase, which has extinguished the flame of our love for God, is the responsible factor behind the endless vicious circle of avoidable pain we bear, needless tears we shed and avertable perils we suffer. What then is this wealth? Is there a provision in the kingdom for wealth? What are the parameters that should constitute the boundaries...

The Regimented Christian Life.

Image
The Regimented Christian Life. When we got saved, we didn’t sign up for a freelance way of living.  The Christian life is one that is strictly organized or controlled. Everything God created, He gave boundaries, it is only when things are within the confines of their boundaries that they can produce their required result, which is why not until the waters were within the boundaries of the firmament, God never asked them to bring forth anything. The proof that something has boundaries is the presence of a hedge around about it.   This hedge is a physical wall or barricade clearly demarcating both sides of the divide and until that middle wall of partition was tempered with, either broken or a gate (that is an access point) created and opened, people or things could not move freely between both sides. These boundaries by implication to a believer, represents the laws and commandments of God.   Within those boundaries are located everything we need to prosper and do well...

The Venison

Image
The Venison It is a common thought amongst believers that appearing before God is the only thing that is required to command a blessing from Him.  This imbalance has been evident in our results in the previous years as we appear before God on countless occasions and seem to go back the same way we came.  Where did we get it wrong, and how can we fix this, as we begin the year. In Deuteronomy 16:16-17, we see something powerful that God instructed the nation of Israel through Moses. 17. Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the LORD thy God which he hath given thee. {as...: Heb. according to the gift of his hand} 16. Three times in a year shall all thy males appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose; in the  feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles: and they shall not appear before the LORD empty: The Old Testament describes three major feasts that became part of the...

The PRO-Factor

Image
The PRO Factor We live in an age and time where people accrue to themselves, fancy catch phrase and tags, in a bid to appear different or be perceived through a distinct view lens.  The term "PRO"  has largely used by many, who are using this self-appointed name to separate themselves from the amateurs, the not-too-good folks, and the unprofessional class.  Many people in a bid to maintain their "PRO"  status, have discriminated others and trivialized the honest effort of others.  This segregation has divided our community and career space into segmentations created and institutionalized and sustained by us, we no longer place value on the achievements of other people.  We feel threatened by people outside our sphere of influence.  The concept of team spirit has been alienated from our midst,  as we seek only our only objectives, even at the expense of others, as long as we retain our "PRO"  status.  But seriously, what does being a prof...

Cleared For Ministry

Image
Cleared for Ministry The call into ministry has, is, and will always remain a noble one.  It is an invitation to work for the greatest Monarch the world has ever known.  This is not an engagement where you work and not get paid, neither is it a vocation where what you bring to the table; your talents, skillset, and potentials; are underpriced.  No!  God is a just rewarder of those who, not just seek but serve Him.  Through the ages; the bible has provided us with a well-documented compendium of the fact that God does call men, and He never uses a man without rewarding him.  From the dispensation of the law, where we had the patriarchs like Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to leaders like Joseph, Moses, and Joshua, next to the era of Judges like Deborah, Samson, and then the kings like David, Jonathan, Jehoshaphat, etc. emerged, later we saw Prophets like Samuel, Nathan, Zadok, Elijah, Elisha, Daniel, Ezekiel, etc. come on the scene, down to the dispensation of Gr...

How To Preserve The Blessing

Image
Many times, we walk right back into the very same situations God brought us out of by a great and mighty hand, not because God became weak all of a sudden, or lost His dominion and authority, but because we forgot how we got out of it in the first place. When God institutes a process, He is meticulous enough to factor in the entire start-to-finish plan in the blueprint.  He doesn't need to repeat Himself over any particular matter.  In His laws are embedded a dimension of His power that brings those realities to pass, once the force of obedience is engaged.  This goes to say that within everything created is the ability to re-create itself.  That is why God never asked the man to be seedful but to be fruitful.  The seeds will produce fruits which will produce more seeds that will produce fruits with seeds in them, and so the circle continues.  The same circle continues across various sectors of human life.  Every human endeavor is supposed to be self-s...
